Based in London, I provide video sessions accessible nationwide. The evidence base suggests that video therapy sessions are just as effective as face to face sessions. This modality offers flexibility to access therapy wherever you are.

Price: £110 per 50 minute session for self-paying clients.

Please note, I am also registered with various insurance companies who cover the cost of sessions. You will not be asked to cover any additional costs if different from my standard fee.

Although I predominantly work via video, I am aware that video sessions are not preferable to everyone. As such, I am happy to offer telephone sessions to those who prefer this.
