FAQs

Who do I work with?

I work with both men and women over the age of 18.

What am I trained to treat?

I am trained to treat depression, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, health anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, binge eating disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. I chose to specialise in low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, depression and anxiety since I have a keen interest in helping people realise their potential.

How often would you recommend to have the sessions?

I generally offer weekly sessions, although there is flexibility around this. Do feel free to ask me about this and we can discuss a plan for you.

How much do sessions cost?

I charge £110 per 50 minute session for self-paying clients. I am also registered with AXA, Aviva, Allianz, Vitality and WPA, who cover the cost of sessions. You will not be asked to cover any additional costs if different from my standard fee.

Where are the sessions?

I am based in London but offer my sessions predominantly online. The evidence base suggests that video sessions are more effective than telephone sessions, but do let me know if you prefer telephone sessions as I am happy to work in line with your preferences.

Can you help in a crisis?

Suicidal thoughts and thoughts of self-harm can be common with mental health difficulties and I will ask if you are experiencing them. If you are concerned that you may act on such thoughts, I will advise that you talk to your GP, call 999 or present at A&E.
