Hi, I’m Fran
Before I became a psychotherapist, I was an acrobatic gymnast representing Great Britain all over the world. I know what it’s like to feel performance anxiety and the pressure to succeed. I also know the impact this can have on self-worth.
Having worked across the public and private sector, I am aware of just how many people struggle with self-confidence. Even the most successful people have moments of doubt, second guessing decisions and criticising themselves for perceived failures.
It’s a myth that confidence comes from success; it comes from knowing how to survive failure. True confidence is not the absence of uncertainty, but the knowledge that you can cope regardless of the outcome. In my sessions you will learn to ‘feel the fear and do it anyway’.
Let me take you from self-criticism to self-confidence because success should feel as good as it looks.
