Francesca Harland
Psychotherapist and self-esteem specialist BSc, MSc, PGCert, PGDip
Hi, my name is Fran and I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for those struggling to achieve their full potential due to self-doubt, imposter syndrome, perfectionism and anxiety.
Do you struggle to set boundaries? Do you fear making mistakes? Do you find yourself seeking reassurance or validation from others? Do you feel burnt out by increasing demands?
My goal is to help clients achieve a greater sense of self-worth, improve professional and personal relationships and live a more fulfilling life.
My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy and cognitive behavioural techniques tailored to address the unique needs of each client. Together, we will unlock your potential.
My Approach
What I specialise in
Cognitive behavioural psychotherapy explores patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be contributing to difficulties. By identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and implementing practical strategies for coping, we can cultivate more adaptive ways of thinking and behaving. Above all, my approach is collaborative and empowering. I view therapy as a partnership, and am dedicated to supporting you in discovering your own strengths to overcome challenges and live a more fulfilling life.
